Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. BEANSKART® provides refund only in case of faulty and damaged product subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition.

In case of Product: Faulty and damaged products/cases must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. We do not cover damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please note that you have enclosed all the original tags, badges, plastic wrap, box, accessories, etc. that arrived with your merchandise.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by us.
The refund will be processed for the cancelled Order through the same mode of payment E.g.: If the payment is made through Credit Card and the status is marked as cancelled, the amount would be refunded to the credit card’s account.

For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is 6-8 working days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund-processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided.

For items that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

For orders placed through gift certificates, refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate for the same value.
