DELIVERY PARTNERS WE USE? We use the best logistic partners in industry based on the shipping location. Example – Delhi very, Blue Dart & E-Com Express.

SHIPPING CHARGES? All our products come with FREE Shipping. For our customers delight and hassle free shopping, we have negotiated the best shipping rates with our logistics partners and do not charge anything from our customers.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME? Estimated delivery time depends on Mode of shipping – Surface or Air. All our products listed are ready to ship; we ship them through Surface or Air depending on size of the product. Voluminous and bulky items are shipped through Surface while Small articles are shipped by Air. Delivery lead time ranges between 3 to 5 Days from date of dispatch for Air shipments and 7 to 12 Days for Surface shipment from date of Dispatch.
TRACK MY ORDERS?

Once the order is dispatched, AWB or Track number is shared with customers along with details of logistics partner. Customers can track the orders by going on the logistic partner website (www.delhivery.com / www.bluedart.com / www.ecomexpress.com ). Sometimes orders track after 24 hours of handing them over to logistic company due to their hub loads. For any issues related to Order Tracking, customers can also reach our Customer Service Team from Monday to Saturday at info@beanskart.com
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

Customers can pay through multiple Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Pay TM or even through their Digital Wallets. If your preferred mode of Payment is not available on our portal, feel free to email us at info@beanskart.com.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?
At BEANSKART® we take complete ownership of our products and give our customers an absolute peace of mind. All our products are QC Checked before they leave our Factory/Warehouse. If you still get a wrong or damaged product, send us an email with the image of the product along with Order Details within 7 days of Receipt.

Any transit damage has to be notified within 24 hours of product receipt. You can also Whatsapp images of your damaged product at +91-9849519947 or email at info@beanskart.com along with Order ID and our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours.

HOW DO WE PROCESS REFUNDS / RETURNS?
Once our customer service team has established that the product was damaged or was a wrong product, we do following: 1. Offer a 100% Product Refund 2. Exchange product with a new one 3. Do partial replacement of product.

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS? WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT AND WANT TO RETURN?
Some products are non viable for returns due to immense shipping cost involved in Reverse logistic. If customer still insists for return, reverse logistic charge to be paid by Customer.

Your payment will be processed once we have received the product back in our warehouse and after adjusting Reverse logistics amount. For any Refund/Return to happen – Product should be in packed condition – Product should not have been used – Product should not have been customized or tampered with.
RETURNS – UNWANTED/WRONGLY ORDERED OR A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Once our customer service team has confirmed the reverse pick up and the necessary formalities have been done, please keep the product ready for reverse pick up.

Our Logistics team will pick up the same from your house and once we are in receipt of the same, your payment will be processed. Payment will be processed after deducting reverse logistics fees in case you are returning on grounds of unwanted product with a timeframe of 10 working days. For other cases, reverse logistics would not be applicable.
